The ZeroBounce API lets you discover whether a contact's email address is a Spam Trap, Catch-All, Abusive, Do-Not-Mail, or Valid. These deliverability statuses allow marketers to filter unwanted contact information, which improves email conversions, email sender score, and IP reputation by filtering out contacts with a poor statuses.
By integrating ZeroBounce with Google Sheets (using Google App Script), we can simply add contacts to a Sheet programmed to auto-return email deliverability statuses for each contact from the ZeroBounce API.
The Google Sheet can also be programmed to auto-upload these results back into HubSpot, where the deliverability statuses can be filtered on to trigger further automation.
As a result, we no longer need to use the ZeroBounce UI to get deliverability statuses. We can work exclusively in Google Sheets or HubSpot.
A HubSpot workflow can send unverified contacts to this Google Sheet to check for email deliverability.
Results may be auto-imported to HubSpot CRM.
Contacts are uploaded to HubSpot with their email deliverability status. This allows HubSpot to immediately filter out all unwanted statuses.
