Vonazon is an enterprise digital marketing agency that receives leads from HubSpot. These leads recently installed Hubspot and are required to onboard through an agency like Vonazon. Vonazon then upsells the leads, offering them both consulting and technical implementation services. I performed the onboardings, consulting, and technical implementation.
Vonazon needed to upsell the leads sent by HubSpot in order to increase revenue. But "canned" onboarding sessions left little time to up-sell anything.
Without prompting, Angel wrote Vonazon's first training manual out of the "canned" onboarding sessions. By making the canned presentation into a training manual, users spent more time during onboarding sessions talking about their needs and challenges. This discovery is exactly what a Marketing agency needs to up-sell marketing services.
The CEO asked marketing to polish the trianing manual into an official Vonazon training manual. Users of the training manual were able to share it, without the need for a HubSpot or Vonazon employee's presence.
